Regular orders can, however, be returned within seven days of receipt in their original packaging in undamaged condition. Please notify Bake-Best Trays by phone or email before the return. The client is responsible for returning the items pre-paid and insured to Bake-Best Trays. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance costs. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a restocking fee if the item has been at all damaged.
